Grout Color Sealing

Unlike clear sealers, our color seal is a specialized epoxy-resin topical coating that fills the pores of the grout. This creates a completely non-porous surface that is waterproof and resistant to mold, mildew, and staining, making your floors incredibly easy to maintain.


This service also allows for a total Grout Color Change. If you want to update the look of your room without the mess and expense of a full renovation, we can shift your grout from a dated beige to a modern cool gray or a clean white. Our Process

  • Intensive Pre-Clean: We perform a deep mechanical and chemical clean of the grout lines to ensure the colorant has a clean, porous surface to bond to.
  • Hand-Applied Colorant: Our technicians hand-apply the epoxy color sealer to every individual grout line, ensuring 100% coverage and a perfect finish.
